Norway’s Gram Car Carriers (GCC) has increased its ownership in a previously commercially managed vessel at bargain prices.
The Oslo-listed group said on Monday it had built its stake to 97.5% in the midsize 5,000-ceu Mediterranean Sea (built 2010).
Then in a filing on Tuesday, GCC added that it had acquired the last 2.5%
