Eagle Bulk Shipping chief executive Gary Vogel has been named to the board of directors at Ship Finance International.
The John Fredriksen-backed owner of a diversified fleet said Vogel will fill a vacancy on the board.
Securities & Exchange Commission records show he is filling a seat previously held by Georgina Sousa, a director at several Fredriksen companies.
Vogel, 50, brings a wealth of dry-bulk experience to the board.
