Praxient added 201,459 shares through its fund PraxientPanther Master Fund, Philip Fjeld-led Flex declared in an exchange filing.
No price was revealed but shares are currently changinghands at NOK 6.60 ($1.10) apiece.
That is more than double the NOK 2.74 shares were changing handsfor before the company announced in early September that it had resolved along-running legal dispute with shipbuilding giant Samsung Heavy Industries.
