Germany’s United Heavy Lift has agreed to buy partner Fred Olsen Ocean’s 50% stake in United Wind Logistics (UWL), which owns a fleet of vessels for carrying wind turbine components.
The valuation of the deal implies the Norwegian firm has quadrupled its money on its original investment in UWL.
