Part of this sum is down to Hin Leong Trading, whose legal action and arrest of a bunker tanker in Singapore had already been reported.
Joining Hin Leong are Golden Island Diesel Oil Trading, Bunker House Petroleum, Equatorial Marine Fuel Management Services and Panoil Petroleum.
