Former Braemar Shipping Services finance director Louise Evans has returned to shipping after quitting the shipbroker in 2018.
The experienced accountant is joining the board of the International Foundation For Aids To Navigation (IFAN).
IFAN said Evans, who has also worked at a senior level in Formula 1, brings "considerable experience" to the board.
She is currently a non-executive director and audit committee chair of AB Dynamics and Gooch & Housego, and is also a board advisor to SCB Group.
