The containerline and subsidiaries were paid a surprise visitearly on 10 September but are still none the wiser as to the reason behind theprobe.
The Icelandic Competition Authority (ICA) turned down an initialrequest for an explanation but Eimskip has now appealed that decision.
Eimskip wants the ruling to be rescinded and has demanded access to certain informationand data, it said in a statement.
