Eagle Bulk Shipping has announced a change in its chief financial officer chair, with Frank De Costanzo stepping down after six years in the role.
The New York-listed bulker owner said De Costanzo will be replaced on 1 April by chief strategy officer Costa Tsoutsoplides.
The board of directors has approved the changes.
