Seoul-listed DSME has had a change of heart about moving for the St Nazaire-based shipbuilder, an official told Seoul Economic Daily .
Attempts to reach DSME for comment on the matter we unsuccessful outside of business hours in Korea. Representatives at STX France could also not be contacted.
DSME had been expected to complete a takeover of STX France by the end of the year.
