In a statement issued after the close the Nasdaq-quoted operator outlined a number of recent milestones, which includes the full use of a $120m loan from affiliate Ocean Rig.
The owner also pointed out that it has cancelled over $191m worth of notes that it repurchased in the open market, which means the outstanding balance of the bond now stands at $508.9m.
