Therevelation came by way of a prospectus filed with securities regulators inwhich the Stamford, Connecticut-based operator of LPG carriers said it intendsto list shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “LPG”.
Thecompany, which already trades over-the-counter in Oslo under the ticker “DORIAN”,identified JP Morgan and UBS Investment Bank as underwriters and indicated thatits legal team includes attorneys from Seward & Kissel and Morgan, Lewis& Bockius.
