Lawyers for Greece's Delta Tankers is fighting back against a second attempt by an affiliate of Nigeria's Taleveras Group to throw out a US asset seizure lawsuit.
Delta shipowning affiliate Pontiaki Special Maritime Enterprise filed the papers Friday opposing a dismissal request by Taleveras Petroleum Trading DMCC.
