Delphin Holdings may one day take a big step back from Star Bulk Carriers.
The investment vehicle controlled by shipowner Sophocles Zoullas and Kelso & Co registered 2.97 million shares of the Petros Pappas-led bulker player for sale, according to an SEC filing.
The units would be offered at a maximum price of $10.62
