The protection and indemnity clubs have missed out a great opportunity to defend themselves against the European Commission antitrust investigation according to Martin Hubbard.
Hubbard chaired a TradeWinds Marine Risk Forum session on the probe into the clubs restrictive practices but it was rather one sided as the International Group P&I cartel decided against becoming involved in public debate on the issue.
