The Greek operator landed on the TradeWinds Shipping Index’s list of ‘Best Performers’ as its Nasdaq-quoted stock jumped 7.01% to $2.29.
The rally follows a release in which the owner outlined the terms of extensions involving the 3,739-teu Cap Domingo (built 2001) and Cap Doukato(built 2002).
The company pointed out that the current charterer, Reederei Santa Containerschiffe GmbH & Co KG, will be replaced by German compatriot Rudolf A Oetker KG, which is an affiliate of Hamburg Sud.
