CLd-N-Cobelfret group has taken another bite out of Euronav as it increases its interest in the Belgian company once again.
Chateauban, a holding company related to the Luxembourg bulker and ro-ro owner, has upped its stake to 10%, or 15.9 million shares, from 8.4%, or 13.4 million units, as of 31 December.
Paddy Rodgers-led Euronav, which has 159.2 million shares outstanding, had to announce to the SEC in mid-November that Chateauban's stake had crossed the 5% threshold with 5.14%
