The split between shipping fund manager Joakim Hannisdahl and Cleaves Securities may end up in a Norwegian court.
The respected former shipping analyst resigned last month from Cleaves Asset Management, which he founded in 2021 under the auspices of the Norwegian investment bank.
Hannisdahl cited “irreconcilable differences” with head office at the time, but no other details had been revealed.
