Clarksons has initiated a search of a new chairman as James Hughes-Hallett recovers from illness.
Former UK Athletics chairman Ed Warner stepped up on an interim basis in March and remains as acting chairman.
Warner says now is an “appropriate time to commence a search for a new independent non-executive director” who could take on the chairmanship in the future.
