The Singapore-quoted offshore shipbuilder and owner holds a36% stake in Capitol Nusantara which currently focuses on tug and bargecharters for the coal trade.
However a listing, which could happen within the next two weeks,will herald a change in focus to the burgeoning Indonesian offshore sector.
The IPO could raise up to IDR 48bn ($3.9m) from the sale of208 million shares, or 25% of the expanded capital of the company.
