Scorpio Tankers president Robert Bugbee has broken his silence over his practice of trading "call" options on the company's stock, using an investor session on Wednesday to blast an analyst's critique.
Speaking on a Clarksons Platou Securities investor call, Bugbee was clearly rankled by the implication from Deutsche Bank analyst Amit Mehrotra that he might be "flipping" such contracts since there is no press release issued by Scorpio when they are sold.
