BNP Paribas has joined in asking a US judge to halt payment of some lawyer fees in the bankruptcy of Primorsk International Shipping.
The French bank's lawyers argue in court papers that law firm Sullivan & Cromwell should not be paid, for now, for work done on a bankruptcy plan that they said was unconfirmable.
The firm, however, has argued that it provided value to the bankruptcy and should be paid.
