The lender says the $24.1m senior secured credit facility will be used to support the purchase of a handysize and supramax but didn’t identify the duo by name or shed light on the terms of the financial transaction.
The Athens-based operator’s chief executive, George Gourdomichalis, did, however, note his company will continue to focus on these classes of tonnage going forward.
