Shipowners organisation Bimco is revising its term sheets for ship sale and leaseback contracts.
It said the move was a response to the growing importance of the transactions for vessel financing.
The new standard will complement the existing term sheets for bilateral and syndicated ship financing, Shipterm and Shipterm S, published in 2017 and 2018.
