On Tuesday the Jones Act product tanker operator submitted a revised prospectus that indicates it has recruited four more investment banks to back an MLP fundraiser in which it hopes to raise nearly $200m.
Blackstone Capital Markets, Global Hunter Securities, Macquarie Capital and Stifel were added to a list of underwriters that already included the likes of BofA Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, UBS Investment Bank, Barclays and Wells Fargo Securities.
