Avance Gas has raised another $5m through an over-subscribed secondary share offering.
It sold 2.5m shares, as intended, at NOK 17 each, as opposed to a price of NOK 18.90 on Friday.
But it received subscriptions for a total of 3.84m shares.
Company chairman Niels Stolt-Nielsen was allocated 41,500 shares to bring his total holding to 0.14%.
CFO Peder Carl Gram Simonsen now has 2,300 shares.
