Danish shipping giant AP Moller-Maersk will have its first female CFO this year.
It has recruited Carolina Dybeck Happe to the position from the world's biggest lock maker, Sweden's Assa Abloy.
She will join no later than 1 January, 2019, Maersk said.
Dybeck Happe will also become part of the management board, which also consists of CEO Soren Skou, vice CEO Claus Hemmingsen, Vincent Clerc, Morten Engelstoft and Soren Toft.
