AP Moller Capital has agreed with Ayala Corp to buy 40% of the Philippine logistics company AC Logistics (ACL).
ACL offers supply chain solutions, including cold chain solutions, freight forwarding, national distribution and contract logistics.
AP Moller Capital, owned by AP Moller Holding, is an infrastructure fund manager with approximately $2bn in assets under management.
