The Oslo-listed yard followed the announcement of a $120m loan last week with a $60m deal today. And it is on the verge of completing on a further $65m, it said in a statement.
The latest arrangement with PIDC Regional Center is backed by the Welcome Fund loan program, a source of low-cost financing available to firms that create job growth and are located in, or planning to relocate, to the City of Philadelphia.
