Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone is studying options to issue US dollar bonds, the company has confirmed in a statement to regulators.
India’s largest private multi-port operator said it is contemplating, subject to market conditions, the issuance of foreign currency bonds.
Its board of directors and finance committee has approved the preliminary offering circular in relation to the proposed issuance, it told the Bombay Stock Exchange.
