A Hanjin Shipping-owned containership has been given the green light to leave Hamburg port after being stranded for two weeks.
The 13,092-teu Hanjin Europe (built 2012) will leave the harbour tomorrow afternoon at around 17:00, a spokesperson for the port confirmed to TradeWinds.
It has been stranded in Germany since 30 August, one day before the South Korean owner filed for receivership, triggering cargo and logistics chaos worldwide.
