Haimark Line has cancelled all future cruises, the Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) said Monday.
The announcement, which comes amid the small ship cruise operator's Chapter 11 bankruptcy case, extends previous cancellations that were more limited.
Hans Rood-led Haimark filed for court protection from creditors in Denver in October.
The company blamed its bankruptcy on a June casualty that saw the 210-passenger Saint Laurent (built 2001), which it chartered from Clipper Cruises, hit the Eisenhower lock near Massena, New York.
