Zodiac Maritime has won a $5m demurrage claim against a charterer and a Chinese steel maker over delay in loading a capesize ore cargo at a Brazilian port in early 2008.
Charterer Wellmix Shipping and the Guangzhou Iron & Steel Corp are both liable for a demurrage claim in respect of the 124,000-dwt Vine (built 1990). 8806498
