A Vietnamese cargoship has been cleared to sail from India despite an ongoing legal spat relating to its cargo.
Bombay high court ruled Hoang Ahn Shipping’s 7,200-dwt Ocean 39 (built 2013, also listed as Ocean 03) cannot be prevented from leaving Tuticorin, where it has been anchored since March, the Times of India reported.
The court said a company seeking attachment of its cargo must offload it and store it elsewhere at its own cost.
