A row over a four voyage handymax contract of affreightment should be resolved by arbitration a London court has ruled.

London high court judge Justice Hamblen decided that the bulk carrier charter was subject to an arbitration agreement, rejecting the argument of Stellar Shipping that a panel of three arbitrators had no jurisdiction to decide the dispute.
