Tor Olav Troim’s 2020 Bulkers is set to double its newcastlemax order at China’s New Times Shipbuilding to eight units, TradeWinds has learned.
The company has already confirmed an order for four 208,000-dwt ships to be delivered from 2019 and it claims it is in the money on the contracts.
Now, it is poised to declare the last four options in the deal.
