A disagreement between the owning family of the Torvald Klaveness Group is set to lead to a major restructuring of one of Norway’s top private shipping concerns.
Half brothers Tom Erik Klaveness and Trond Harald Klaveness disagree about the future direction of the group and have therefore decided to split their business interests.
