German owner Tom Worden Schiffs has reportedly contracted four new general cargoships in China.
Brokers said the 7,300-dwt quartet will be delivered in June, August and November, 2019, and February 2020.
No price has been given and the yard is not yet known.
The owner has 28 ships operational.
These consist of two other general cargoships built in 2011 at Nanjin Huatai in China, plus containerships and MPPs.
