China’s Tianjin Xingang Shipbuilding Heavy Industry has been linked to a large bulker order worth $300m, making it the latest shipyard to debut in the VLOC sector.
Shipbuilding players say Tianjin Xingang will be constructing four firm 325,000-dwt ore carriers for China Ore Shipping — a subsidiary of Cosco Shipping.
