Star Bulk Carriers is set to acquire the entire fleet of Arne Blystad's Songa Bulk in its second fleet acquisition in less than a month.
The US-listed shipowner said it will issue 13.7m new shares and pay $145 million in cash for Songa’s fifteen modern bulkers.
