San Juan Navigation Corp is closing its doors after three years of "market turmoil" but working to see that voyages are completed.
Ed Ellis, the president of Bainbridge Island, Washington-based San Juan, confirms that his company is closing after 16 years despite strenuous efforts to stay afloat.
