Greek owner Samos Steamship has denied reports it has sold its second supramax bulker within two months at a good price.
US brokers said the Oshima-built, 52,000-dwt semi open-hatch vessel Red Jacket (built 2008) had been sold to an as-yet-undisclosed buyer for more than $14m.
However, Samos director Alexia Inglessis told TradeWinds the ship was not for sale.
