CC Liu, the founder and chairman of Parakou Shipping, has died.
The Hong Kong Shipowners Association (HKSOA) said Liu passed away over the weekend.
Liu was also honorary consul for Norway and was a great supporter of HKSOA and Hong Kong Maritime, the association said.
"He served as a member of our executive committee from 2001 to 2005 and was chairman of our China sub-committee from 2005 to 2011," it added.
