Norden has set the date for its capesize market exit upon reporting first quarter results that measured up favourably with analysts’ estimates.
Copenhagen-listed Norden had already sold its last two owned capesizes and has now cancelled a 10-year time charter on a capesize newbuilding in exchange for taking in three supramaxes from the same owner over five years, its first quarter report said.
