Frank Jensen has passed on the Clipper Group chief executive officer (CEO) baton to ex-Gearbulk executive Peter Norborg.
Norborg, 49, will take charge at the Danish bulker owner on 1 April 2016.
The move will see Jensen step down from the CEO position only after five months in the role. But he will continue as chairman of the board at the company.
