The long running dispute between Nobu Su’s TMT group and Petros Pappas’ Oceanbulk has taken another turn just days after a comprehensive out of court settlement.
The UK’s supreme court has ruled in favour of TMT on the key question of the admissibility in evidence of exchanges between the two sides on a “without prejudice” basis.
TMT won in the high court but lost in the appeal court but has again prevailed in the final court.
