Bombay's high court has managed to sell a former Mercator Lines bulker in India.
The 74,000–dwt panamax Garv Prem (built 2006) fetched $4m following a court order for its auction on 7 October last year.
This sum has been paid into court. Creditors now have 90 days to make a claim.
The Equasis database shows the vessel has changed hands twice since November.
