Maersk Broker of Denmark has made good on a pledge to expand its dry cargo presence by taking a stake in compatriot Wonsild.
The deal, described as a strategic partnership, comes a few months after Maersk Broker and Lightship shelved plans for a joint-venture.
A statement explained Maersk Broker had taken a strategic ownership position in Wonsild Dry, which will remain an independent company.
