Lightship Chartering has launched new offices in China and Italy to continue an expansion effort that has doubled the brokerage’s workforce in less than three years.
New ventures in Beijing and Genoa are set to be followed by at least one more new base in the Pacific during the next 12 months — and they come hot on the heels of a first London operation and a host of fresh hires at existing offices.
