The freight operator’s Singapore arm has taken the 180,000-dwt Genco Augustus (built 2007) until March 2016.
The ship has been fixed on spot market-related time charters for 10.5 to 12.5 months based on 102% of the Baltic Capesize Index (BCI).
SwissMarine Asia Pte has also extended its charter of the 180,000-dwt Genco Commodus (built 2009) for a further 10.5 to 13.5 months.
