The Skaarup Group and its executives are facing a nearly $50m fraud lawsuit over a Malaysian International Shipping Corp (MISC) bulker.
The lawsuit, filed in a federal court in Connecticut by subsidiary, continues months of legal action and arbitration between a Pacific Carriers Ltd (PCL)-affilitated entity known as Everspeed Enterprises and a joint venture involving the Connecticut shipping player over a cancelled charter.
